From the time I got a quote to see if my insurance would cover me to currently week 5 into my treatment, Byte has been amazing. The process is simple & customer service is always helpful and friendly. Definitely a great route for someone looking to save money VS the competitors.

My teeth have moved in the right direction, but I've needed to do a few remolds as my teeth may not have moved based on where the retainers were suggested. A bit cumbersome to remold but the Byte team has been responsive and helpful.

I am super excited about being on week four of my byte journey here at byte the process to get started has been super easy and free of hassle I have tried other companies and never finished signing up due to poor customer service and pushy rude staff I never experienced that through byte and I am super happy about my results so far !!!!!

Great product, packaging, and timing of receiving the product! I would expect to see more changes in my teeth at this point but am still very hopeful they will be fixed by the end of my treatment!
