HIGHTLY recommend BYTE!! It is a very ingenious, amazing, simple instructions, efficient process, all equipment included to get good molds, insurance may cover, lower cost but basically "invisalign" with NO doctor visits . Customer Care helpful, clear and responsive. FANTASTIC

I chose Byte because they actually put me in direct contact with an orthodontist to discuss my unique alignment needs. He also was honest in telling me that the level of straightening I could achieve would not be quite the same as with an in-office dental program where they could attach anchors to my molars. So I felt they made sure I had a realistic expectation. My teeth definitely look whiter and I notice I do not bite my tongue while chewing as I frequently was prone to do!

I looked at a lot of different aligners, and Byte was definitely the best deal! Their team even found out that they had a cheaper pre-negotiated rate with my dental insurance company after I had paid, and they refunded me the difference. I've always had an easy time getting through to Byte's customer service, and they're extremely helpful and friendly.

I decided to use Byte after my daughter told me about it. We started our process together and so far I am thrilled with the results. I am 13 weeks in to a 20 week treatment and already see a huge difference in my smile. I have such a great experience with BYTE. They made it so easy to do my impressions at home. They contacted my insurance for me so my out of pocket expenses were minimal. They made it so quick and easy to get started. I would highly recommend.

My experience has been okay. My teeth are slowly getting straighter. Customer service is very slow! Wish there was more help through this process.
