I helped my dear friend get this service. She had it for 18 months. When we returned the equipment, they refunded us the months we paid ahead.

My mom is very happy with her alarm system. My only suggestion is that it would be better if the wrist unit had fall detection capability.

I haven't been in a position to need medical intervention, but I have twice set off the alarm by mistake. Which was educational. The alarm was good and loud, someone at BAM inquired right away what I needed, and the operator was very polite when I explained it was a mistake (leaning too far into my freezer and pinching the necklace button). They verified my identity and confirmed that I was fine. Excellent.

When my mother-in-law, with increasing need for assistance, insisted on living by herself, we insisted that she have a medical/fall alert device. Looking at all the options other companies offered, we chose Bay Alarm Medical for her service. We have been very pleased with their services! No matter if it is a test, accidental drop or real need for assistance, Bay Alarm personnel respond to her needs quickly and always politely and calmly. We highly recommend Bay Alarm medical services for peace of mind in times of need at a great value.
