I am 78 year old caregiver for my wife who has Alzheimer’s disease. I am comfortable to leave her alone for 1 1/2 hours while I work out at gym while I have her wear the alarm neckless. She is quite comfortable in allowing me this necessary “me time”.

I am satisfied with your service, however I have had three false alarms where on two occasions the paramedics showed up at my door. At least I know the service works. Sincerely Frank Cannon

I got this service for my Grandmother. She has had to use it and it worked great. Have checked system on a couple of occasions and the people have been professional and great to work with. Like the email reminder of billing also. Thank you!

I have had the Bay Alarm Medical Alert system for many years and fortunately I haven't had to use it, but it here if I should. It is connected to the land line with Verizon. I'm very satisfied with the whole program. I could use a new neck cord and haven't been able to locate one that would work. I now pin it to my bra and at night to my nightgown. The only problem that I have is that my cat has set it off and I keep a small basket over the top of the unit so she can't get to it.

This company is strange. They deliver on the actual service. But their customer service is horrible. I moved my mom from Portland, Oregon to Seattle, Washington in January2018. They still cannot manage a simple address change. They cannot even manage to run a credit card. They are almost impossible to do business. They do deliver the alarm service well but I am likely to switch services anyway. I have spent at least 5 hours on the phone with them over several weeks just changing basic contact information.
