Bay Alarm has always called me and my husband when my mother in law has activated her alarm. They have sent someone out to her house immediately. This has been a good company

I give Bay Alarm Medical an A++++++! I picked up the pendant for my Dad while he was recuperating from a stroke. I told him he could not live on his own again unless he had the alarm. He has had the occasional "accidental pushes" to which an operator is right there ready to help. Thankfully we have yet to push it for a real emergency. Just knowing someone is watching over him when I can't be there gives me such peace of mind. Thank you and I appreciate your kindness and patience with my Dad. We have only utilized Bay Alarm a very short time, however, any experiences with them have been very positive. They respond immediately to any calls and if we have a question, they are very quick to provide information.

We have had Bay Alarm for a few years now and are very thankful for their service. My mother is 82 and has had a few falls. The necklace she wears helps me know I can get to her or send help to her if she falls when I am out of the house on errands. They have called when there has been accidental alarms - so I know I can count on them. T. Songs, Kansas

It is reassuring that if something happens to my mother-in-law she can have easy access to medical attention with a push of a button. This really helps since we are so far away.

My mom's alarm was accidentally triggered, but the system and procedures worked perfectly! All of the people were notified according to plan. I feel confident in our decision to use Bay Alarm for my mom's alert system.

My husband and I have had an alarm system for several years, and fortunately have had no reason to use our buttons. However, back in 2008 & 2009, my 97 year-old mother, who was living in an assisted living apartment, had an alarm system. She fell and could not move from where she fell. She did manage to push the button. My mother had broken her neck, and died a few days later, at 98. We were so grateful for the button, as she could have lain on the floor in terrible pain for hours instead of minutes. When that awful moment arrived, the alarm system worked just as it should, and we wear our buttons faithfully.
