I used these guys for my move, and I can say I am very happy with that decision. The move was relatively quick and I had no issues. The guys were hardworking and professional. All my stuff arrived safely. No problems, totally painless and smooth. I would use them again!
Great movers for long distance(probably any distance). It was all really quick and easy to get the whole process started, and they never gave me any reason to worry about what might happen to my things. They are professionals. None my things had any nicks or scratches on them, which is pretty much my biggest thing when hiring a service, treating everything like it is their own. It was great service and I'll be using them again. I recommend Cross Country Moving Group to anyone needing an efficient and worry free move. Just great customer service!

Horrendous scheduling experience 15 emails, 5 calls to book a move from OK to KY. The end results overcharged by a$180.
I did my research and felt these guys may be a good choice for our long distance move. We are so pleased we used them while moving from Davie, FL to Phoenix, AZ. The foreman and his three helpers were efficient, courteous, and hardworking and got the job done with no hesitation! We will be using transit moving systems again once we are ready to move back home. I think they are very good and they deserve five stars.
After doing extensive research on moving company's, I was happy I chose Cross Country Moving Group. They had quoted me a lower price than others and there wasn't any other added surprises to the bill at the end. The move was from NYC to Miami to relocate my home theatre business. The guys from CCMG came and moved delicate props and big set pieces with ease. I was very surprised the guys asked questions about how I preferred them to hold some of the set, they really took care of my things. Other companies in the past would not be so delicate. They were such a pleasure to work with and the moving went by really quickly. Would definitely use them again.
I will start by saying that in my opinion, the entire "Moving Industry" is run by people who are less than honest. The feeling I got was that they are like small-time local building contractors in that they say yes and accept every job that comes their way, making timeline promises along the way. Then, when it gets to delivering on that promised timeline, the consumer learns that they are now getting one lie after another. We were given a price of $2.50 per cubic foot which was competitive. Excellent service with prompt delivery! Todd was very helpful and courteous. All the movers took great care in wrapping up , loading and the unloading all of my furniture. I will definitely recommend them for any household moves coming up in the future.
Drama free move at very reasonable rates. These guys were great. From giving me a fast, accurate quote, to packing my stuff with care. The staff was professional and friendly, both the office staff and the movers.
