Nothing but kind words to say about Cross Country Moving Group! They helped quickly get a quote and had movers over to my place in short order. The movers were super friendly and were careful with my fragile things. When they brought all the stuff over to my new home they were even kind enough to put some of my furniture together for me. I can't begin to express how happy I am to have gotten their exemplary service. Moving is a stressful time but they made it so much easier.
Pleased with their work, hiring a group to help you move across the country is terrifying, so it was a must to find one that would do right by me and my family. Moving will always cause some bumps but overall, I had a good experience with the company, and I'm happy with my results!

When it came time to move, I unfortunately waited until the last minute to figure out exactly how I was going to get my stuff from my old place to the new one. I did a quick internet search, and found Cross Country Moving Group.
Boy was I lucky! What a great decision!
Not only did i not have to lift a finger but everything was handled with such care not a single thing broke the entire move! It was incredible! No way I could have done that one my own. I would have broken half of my stuff!

Is it possible to give negative stars? Honestly, i have never had a worse, more insulting experience than with Cross Country moving. I was so hopeful in talking with Chad Gooch, the front person, who told me in writing that his price was a worst case scenario and that there would be no surprises. Well, my move went from $2303 to over $4000 at pickup, including a $700 booking fee, whatever that is, plus $100 apiece for television boxes because my padded cases weren’t acceptable. Even though my furniture was not that valuable, the movers said they had to shrink wrap all of it for an additional $200. Cross Country Moving Group was so helpful to me when I had to move across country last minute. I found this company via an internet search and could not have been more pleased with the service that was provided. My items arrived intact and were handled with care. Their service was prompt, reasonably priced, and arrived on time.
They did a good job on the move from Arizona to Fort Worth, Texas. We were happy with the movers and got our stuff on gtime.
MILITARY BEWARE Negative Stars is what they need told them i lived on base during every phone call and they said yes no problem. it was a problem they wont pick it up saying that no one is available to move me and i need to cancel on there website which makes me lose my deposit rescheduled three times canceled three times on there end and it my fault. The Last call i got was no one available to move you my boss is telling me to get off the phone and have you cancel. worst customer services every had
I don't know what I would have done without this moving team. They helped me organize my belongings, keep track of what needed to go to each new room, and helped my family feel more comfortable as we moved states for my career. My husband and kids all loved the moving team: they are kind, friendly, and made the kids laugh. The administrative team for Cross Country Moving Group is also extremely helpful.
