They are a wonderful company with excellent customer service. They were very helpful in answering all of my scheduling questions when I had to move this past month. I was worried about the move but their helpful answers put me at ease. I highly recommend them for all your moving needs.
We aren’t human unless, we absolutely hate the idea of moving. Especially if you are moving across the country and with pets. I had contacted every moving company in and around me. I had a very limited budget, as it was short notice to my family, and me but well worth the move. When I contacted them, they immediately jumped into action to make sure I got the best price. i used cross country moving group to relocate from Florida to California. with time ticking away i did not have much time to look for a moving company my friend told me about cros country moving company and said her and her husband used them. i called up got a quote went to pick it up and the process was so easy and hassle free. the cost was in my budget . and i had a really excellent sells person that helped me under stand everything.
I really recommend this company. They were professional and efficient and they made a very difficult and stressful situation that much easier. I was actually helping my friend move since it was her first time. The rate we were given was much lower for this company which is why we ended up going with them in the first place. When she got settled in we went around to make sure that everything was okay and intact and it was. They set everything up for her and we really didn't have to do much of anything which was great.
They offer the best pricing out of the 4 other moving companies I received quotes from. I was actually surprised the total for the move was $250 less then my original quote. The moving company was very professional and careful when dealing with my furniture. Especially with my antique collection that I had inherited from my grandmother. Moving is stressful in itself and I felt I didn't have to worry about my stuff and could focus on other things. In all my family and I had a good experience and I highly recommend these guys.
