From my point they get 1 they misplace two boxes, broken item missing my kids school diplomas along with legal document. They open my boxes pull out the broke dishes and re tape . I open a claim the email say someone will contact me with in 48 hrs it’s been a week and I have not hear from them. I would not recommend this company ever. Now I have to seek an attorney regarding my lost goods. CROSS COUNTRY is full of IT. All they care is getting the customer to sign up after that they ignore your need.
WARNING, DO NOT USE CROSS COUNTRY MOVING GROUP! When I received a quote from them I stated very clearly that I needed my furniture delivered on a certain date which the representative stated after speaking with his supervisor that they could meet that date and they have a recording of that conversation. After they listened to the recording they stated it wasn't a guarantee and their excuse was that is not what the written contract stated, my bad for signing it. Their word means nothing and they lie to just get your money. They didn't care that my 88/year old parents were with me and that my mother has dementia and struggles without having her belongings. DO NOT USE! YOU WILL NEVER GET YOUR STUFF. I called a couple of companies for moving long distance, their price seemed reasonable compared to the other companies. I choose them due to the fact that the rep called me back and seemed very knowledgable. the guys who actually packed my stuff up communicated they were going to be late which I appreciated. at the time I didn't have a new address for delivery, they said they would put it in storage in storage for 30 days free until I sent them an address. it was 4 days after my stuff was packed that I called to give them the address. ever since then (2 weeks now) that I have had bad very rude customer service with the reps who organize the... The salesman promised a 28' truck that would deliver and fit in the circular drive of my new apt in Florida. While picked in a 28' the foreman advised me AFTER it was all packed and the estimate tripled that my things were being shipped 4 hours north to Dallas from Houston when I 10 is right there to head to I 75 S to Florida. To make matters worse he then told me it was going to be loaded on a 53' semi.!! NEVER disclosed that my things would be warehoused and repacked on a semi which upon delivery lead could lead to extra long carry fees on me. CC boasts expert attention in overseeing the move. We just completed a cross country move from the Detroit area to Phoenix. I requested quotes from 5 moving companies and chose Cross Country Movers based upon their competitive quote and my interactions with their sales guy, Kyler Douglas. I was impressed with Kyler, his responsiveness and, so I thought, attention to details. Kyler went over the inventory list, room by room, item by item to insure that he was providing a "quality" quote. Cross Country Moving Group made my move super easy. I was not looking forward to moving do to Co-Vid and having to pack up my apartment near campus so last minute but they made the experience less taxing. They were extremely friendly and professional. They answered all of my questions and got me a quote quickly. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs a moving service. I have dealt with moving companies a few times during my time in college and each time I found something dinged or chipped by the end of the move but with them everything was in perfect condition.
The Cross Country Moving Group did an outstanding job. Out of all the mover groups I have had in the past, these guys are by far the best. On my move from Loganville, Georgia to Livonia, Michigan they were quick, efficient, organized, and SUPER friendly which made for a very pleasant and non stressful move. I must add that moving over 700 miles with nothing broken is a pretty amazing accomplishment. I would 100% recommend the Cross Country Moving Group to all my friends and family. Overall it was a great experience!
Cross Country Moving Group is a great company to use while moving, especially locally. The process was extremely quick and easy, with no issues. My furniture & items were moved in perfect condition, which was an emphasis of mine. The moving team were very hardworking and professional. They even surprised me and followed up to make sure everything was going smoothly for me. I would recommend using this moving company to my friends and family because I know I certainly will.
This company's services are just the best. From an easy to use online site with staff ready to help in real time at a moment's notice, they really have it all. They have top of the line equipment with excellent service and a fantastic team. With top of the line tools and services online, they do everything they can to make this a stress-free experience. They make moving moving feel easy with how little of a hassle they are. Great company for moving especially long distance. They made it easy for me to get the help I needed moving all of my furniture and appliances out of my residence and everything was safely moved so that I never had to worry about anything. I was able to find such a great moving service through them which helped expedite my moving process quickly and efficiently which was much appreciated in the current times we are in. The customer service was phenomenal in my personal experience moving with them. I would recommend them again to anyone in need of a moving service.
