FamilyTime is a Tokyo-based tech company and creator of the parental control app by the same name. FamilyTime features GPS real-time tracking, customizable safe perimeters, an SOS button, app blocking, new contacts alert, a "time bank" that allows children to save phone usage time for later, and speeding alerts. The mobile app has versions for iOS, Android, and Kindle.

I purchased a 1 year membership in 2017. After a few weeks I realized what they offered isn't what I was really looking for, so stopped using it. In 2018 they automatically debited my account for another 1 year membership with no notice. I immediately emailed them same day (there is no phone number listed anywhere to contact them) that I wanted to cancel and get a refund. 1 year later (2019), and probably 50+ emails later, they STILL have not refunded my money. They use the same 3-4 pre-typed emails with excuses about issues with their billing department. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM! THEY ARE THIEVES! If I could give this app zero stars I would!!!!! They STEAL your money- they took money out of my account for a subscription i had CANCELED! Then, they never refunded my money and kept telling me over and over that it would be in my account in 3-5 business days! As I'm looking through reviews, there appears to be many more that have been STOLEN from. Since it is a Japan company for the app there is no american liability in compensating your money back. I did file a report through PayPal but am hoping no one else falls for this SCAM of an app!!!!

I am using familytime app for last 2 years and really impressed the way they deal with me. They keep updating their app on regular basis. I love the internet filtering and screen time feature.
At first when I installed the product it was difficult to add to my daughter's ipad. It does not track what she is doing or time on her ipad. It doesn't have the same features as android. After a week or so of having it on one of my son's phones it started saying bedtime when it was not bedtime. I went in on my parent control and turned bedtime off and synced it repeatedly and it still kept saying bedtime. We powercycled the phone and nothing would work. And it wasn't even within the time frame that I had set for bedtime. It was like all day on a saturday. Do not sign up for this. App never worked, They billed $27 dollars which I approved. but when I went to cancel do to the app never working, $56 dollars was showing in the account section as they were going to take another $27 dollars after the first year. The app never worked properly and support appears to me to be fake. I found other reviews that reflect my view. If you'll notice, much like the dinovite site, there isn't a review section on there because they know people will leave negative reviews because it is a scam! Think about it. DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THE FREE TRIAL...this is a scam. They will charge you and not refund any money, and the app is useless....absolutely fraudulent. I would give zero stars if possible.
The app does not work and after 24 hours of troubleshooting with the live help rep, still got nowhere. No refund even though it’s an app issue. Been waiting four days for tech support to get back to me with a solution! Save your money and buy something that work with better customer service!
Total Scam. I signed on for their free trial and when I cancelled they charged me $69.00. I get BS emails saying my refund is processing and will take a few days but it never comes. I am pursuing criminal charges at this point. I will also have to close down my card to prevent them from charging it again next year. FYI they are making me give them a 1 which I don't like but that's the least I can give.

I am a single parent and it is very difficult for me to keep eyes on my kids with my work and household responsibilities, a colleague of mine suggested me this app TheFamilyTime and i downloaded it and using for my two kids to monitor their activities and geo fence them and more.it works great except the customerhelpservice.
