FamilyTime features GPS real-time tracking, customizable safe perimeters, an SOS button, app blocking, new contacts alert, a "time bank" that allows children to save phone usage time for later, and speeding alerts. The mobile app has versions for iOS, Android, and Kindle.

This app is completely useless, because it's too easy to uninstall. It took 2 days to my daughter to learn how to uninstall it; she is 13 and she is no russian hacker. What's the point of a parental control app that gets uninstalled so easily? Support really answers 24/7 but the quality of the support is really poor and they never solved my issues. I canceled my premium subscription and asked for a refund, which they granted me, but I never saw a penny. In the last 3 months I have been writing to them every 2 or 3 days and they keep telling me that my refund is in the last stage of the process. I really wanted to love this app. The app blocking doesn't allow for allowing some apps (Google Classroom, Slides, Docs) during downtime during the school day so either I prevented school work from being done or he had a free for all for his games. The geo fencing was great until it started notifying me of each location (3) every 5-6 minutes. I deleted the notifications, turned off geo-fencing, reached out to customer support, even removed his device and readded it to the parent account. All to no avail and customer service was not responsive at all.
Used the app for a year and cancelled service the day renewal came up and charged me for the full renewal price after cancelling it. Seems like a full credit was in order. Randy Carrollton, Texas
App is completely useless and is disabled on my child's phone every couple of days. I have sent complaints about my issues dozens of times and they keep asking me to re-download the software and re-configure my child's account again and again and then the app disappears from my child's phone again! Their customer service is horrendous. Do not buy this app!!!
It's a scam. Do not purchase this app/service. They claim to provide a report to show all text messages. This report is a failure. It only shows old messages and misses most outgoing ones. Every attempt to get the company to correct the issue has failed. With that we asked for cancellation and refund. They agreed to cancel, but denied refund. Taking someone's money without providing the promised product or service in return equates to thievery.
Superb App for Parents I m working mom and have lot of difficulties to take control over my kids but Familytime app helps me to get updated with my kids activities. I can ckeck their location history, text messages and control their mobile screens. Superb Parental control app!!!

Best app that not only provides app blocking and screen time controls but also monitoring of texts, calls, location, internet filters, app usage and much more. Online support is quick to resolve your issues anytime.
Actually, I'm using this application and the reason for giving 5 stars is that I've got its customer support very good.
I signed up for FamilyTime in January based on some of the reviews I saw online but I guess these good reviews were posted by the employees. First of all, I signed up for a trial and from the first day, the app did not work properly so I cancelled my trial. Well, the company still went ahead and billed me for, basically nothing. I have been going back and forth with them since then and they still cannot give me my refund. They keep putting it off and I don't know when I'll get it, but I will not give up.
