This program is worthless. It does not monitor social media - only facebook--no teenager uses facebook.
Worked ok for a couple of weeks and then not at all. Uninstalled/reinstalled etc....user support MIA. Don't bother.
I was so excited by all the hype, and just wasted 3 hours stuck in an infinite loop of trying to install qustodio in the kids windows machine. It never actually finishes installing...ever. They should either fix the bugs or do the honorable thing and tell parents they’ve exited the business. Save yourself the trouble and move down the list.
does nothing. It is a lie It does not work on windows nor on iphone.
Used to work marginally well with Android phones, When we switched to Iphone it did not work at all as intended. Difficult to install, and it started messing with the phones because you had to use it with a VPN. No easy way to cancel subscription. Have to go through several different pages. Would not recommend.
Couldn't even get it to install. I was stuck in a loop where it would tell me it needed to install, even after it was installed. Lame. There is much better software available.
Don't waste your time. 5 hours to install and doesn't work on 3 devices. contacted them and they told me to uninstall and reinstall like we weren't busy enough already!

Once great....now terrible. Used this product for about two years and I used to rate it 9 out of 10 Stars. However in the last month the program has become quite buggy. Customer service has been terrible. They keep repeating the same line to uninstall the program plus uninstall my virus protection plus uninstall other software then reinstall everything. Doesn't fix anything! The only solution many times is to disable their software on my children's computers which makes it totally useless. After many canned responses from "tech support" I finally had enough! Asked for and received a full refund. It's a shame this app went from "Best" to "Worst" so fast! Virtually worthless! Customer Service? What customer service! Having an issue with Qustodio not blocking adult websites, the only means of contacting customer service is via email and after two days I finally got a response stating that I need to make sure that we are using a supported browser. I responded that we we were and nothing, nada no response. I've contacted them twice since via the email contact on their website and guess what, no response. My subscription is almost up, otherwise I would be fighting for a refund. Needless to say, I won't be renewing.
It does monitor the usage of Snapchat and Instagram. However, you can not see what is being said or posted. Location is rarely correct or updated. The app also malfunctions and disconnects from my kids' devices. Not as reliable as I would like. No matter how many times I download the text msg monitoring, it also does not show text msgs activity. The one thing I do like is that I can block and monitor websites or shut it down remotely.
