Great service. Fast response. Joseph was very friendly and helpful. He was very thorough, but cautious in protecting the honey bees and a nesting bird I have on my front porch. Thank you, Joseph

Dan Wilkinson always shows up to my home and goes above and beyond every time, compared to the technicians I've had in the past he's light years beyond and doesn't just do the bare minimum. Dan does all the normal service and also asks me if there is anything additional I want done or makes suggestions of additional service he can provide while at my quarterly appointment to combat our spiders and rodents, which is the main reason I have the service. Dan put some additional granular down around our shrub bed this time to make sure the spiders on the bushes don't have a chance. He also sprayed my garage and areas requested inside my home. Technician refused to treat inside of home. He treated outside only, then left without letting me know he completed the service.
I have signed up for Aptive on a special last year and it's been nothing but a struggle. I've had several applications including the reapplication and I still have spiders. After about the 4th time they told me that spiders are probably in the crawl space but we don't service the crawl space. Which means they just trapped them inside my house. Great. The sales guy was nice, the technicians are nice too. When I called to ask what my options were they said I am in a contract and they would be willing to discount the last two services or change me the termination fee but the service won't change and I will still have spiders because they don't know where they are coming from. Our technician this time was Mario, who was very polite and helpful. We could not treat the inside of the house, due to construction, and he informed us of the Company's policy in that respect. Did his job quickly and efficiently. Kudos.
