I have signed up for Aptive on a special last year and it's been nothing but a struggle. I've had several applications including the reapplication and I still have spiders. After about the 4th time they told me that spiders are probably in the crawl space but we don't service the crawl space. Which means they just trapped them inside my house. Great. The sales guy was nice, the technicians are nice too. When I called to ask what my options were they said I am in a contract and they would be willing to discount the last two services or change me the termination fee but the service won't change and I will still have spiders because they don't know where they are coming from.
