We were Aptive customers for over a year at our old home and when we sold our house, we eventually had to cancel our service since we were going to be apartment living for a little bit. We just bought our new home and chose to continue with Aptive. Both times, the service has been outstanding- from the door salesman that sold us the service (1st time) to the customer representative (2nd time) that helped us reconnect our service to the very professional and knowledgeable service guy Eusebio. This company is a fraud beware what you sign for. They’re liars out to keep charging you monthly when you signed a contract to come quarterly. you Get text messages with scheduled appointments I never made. They keep making monthly appointments for me then charge my CC. Terrible company and they count on you not holding for over 30 minutes to call customer service to cancel the appointment they made for me. every time they make an appointment for me I have to call and hold for over 30 minutes to cancel. Then the following week the same thing happens again. Don’t sign a contract with this company. I will be filing a complain.

This company is illegally trespassing in our community and the representatives refuse to provide identification or information from the company to show proof they are valid, each time we have requested this information. We believe they are preying on our vulnerable children and profiling our community for illegal transactions. Our community has signs posted notifying that we're private property and there's no soliciting, each of our HOA board members has expressed this and they seem to ignore our rules. Absolutely awful experience! All started when someone from Aptive came to my door to offer service. I signed up and explicitly asked that my bills get automatically processed for the simple reason that I don't have time to process bills and monitor them (just like I do with all my bills). I handed my credit card to the agent who created my account on his tablet, entered my credit card information and set my account for automatic payment. I was done. Or so I thought ... It happens that in the following months Aptive failed to process the bills (seems the guy made a mistake in entering my cc information) and started sending me emails and mails, that I obviously did not monitor. Could not be worse. Aptive's products are ineffective, their customer service is abysmal, and their technicians (while very nice and polite) are untrained and set up for failure. I enrolled two of my properties for their services and they still ignore my complaints. I hired them for some very specific pest control, gave them 7 attempts to just give me an intelligent PLAN to solve the problem, and they just keep sending untrained teenagers with the same bucket of stuff to spray, with no idea what they are actually spraying, and certainly not customized for my issues as they continually promised. I called and cancelled our service in the late winter or spring of 2021. The man I talked to said I had one ore treatment or I could cancel and still have to pay for the treatment. I chose the former since it was the same price. I reiterated that after that I wanted it cancelled. A rep from Adtive then showed up while I was gardening in May or June and was treating our property. I said I had cancelled our service. She said that this one was ordered so I assumed that this was the last one. Then we got a bill for $104. GOOD MORNING I HAVE A PROBLEM TRYING TO GET MY CREDIT FOR MY ACCOUNT WHEN SERVICE WAS NOT PERFORMED , I HAD 3 NO CALLS NO SHOWS TO MY PROPERTY I HAVE TRIED CALLING FOR A RESOLUTIONS. I have been trying to locate the headquarters for the past three days and they have not resolved my issues. I continued to get transferred to Termite services which has nothing to do with Aptive Environmental services and they had no clue why I was transferred to them twice. Aptive does not service my area and I wanted to cancel my plan. They said a supervisor would call me back and they have not contacted me.
