I called and cancelled our service in the late winter or spring of 2021. The man I talked to said I had one ore treatment or I could cancel and still have to pay for the treatment. I chose the former since it was the same price. I reiterated that after that I wanted it cancelled. A rep from Adtive then showed up while I was gardening in May or June and was treating our property. I said I had cancelled our service. She said that this one was ordered so I assumed that this was the last one. Then we got a bill for $104. GOOD MORNING I HAVE A PROBLEM TRYING TO GET MY CREDIT FOR MY ACCOUNT WHEN SERVICE WAS NOT PERFORMED , I HAD 3 NO CALLS NO SHOWS TO MY PROPERTY I HAVE TRIED CALLING FOR A RESOLUTIONS. I WAS CHARGED FOR THE FIRST MONTH I GOT SERVICE BUT SECOND TIME MY ACCOUNT WAS CHARGED I GOT NO ONE CAME OUT NOT ONCE I HAVE BEEN CHARGED $129 THEY REFUSE TO GIVE ME MY MONEY SAYING I GOT SERVICE WHEN I NEVER DID

I have been trying to locate the headquarters for the past three days and they have not resolved my issues. I continued to get transferred to Termite services which has nothing to do with Aptive Environmental services and they had no clue why I was transferred to them twice. Aptive does not service my area and I wanted to cancel my plan. They said a supervisor would call me back and they have not contacted me. Is this company a fraud or what so I can report them to the bureau. Terrible customer service. Long wait times and you'll be lucky not to get a snippy representative. Do not be taken in by the promise of" re-treat service whenever you need it". It's next to impossible to get an application appointment. Everything is either full or" there aren't any routes open right now". Appointment windows are 4 hours so if you want treatment indoors you have to waste a half day. Also, BE SURE to confirm your appointment ahead of time. What you think is your appointment day is not always what they've decided your appointment day is. They will change it unbeknownst to you depending on their route schedule.

I am thrilled that Carlos B. once again was our technician. I really would like to have him as my regular because he does such a fantastic job. He is definitely an asset to Aptive. Over the years we have had several technicians but I honestly believe Carlos has been the best for us. I have had no problems whatsoever with Aptive Services and since we began using them in 2016, I have only had to have them come back one time. I cannot understand the bad reviews they have received because every technician we have encountered has been knowledgeable, courteous, respectful and arrived on the day scheduled.

This is an horrible company!!! I had a sales person show up at my front door. Oh he was good. He did his homework stating several neighbors by name. Aptive would be in the neighborhood servicing their houses, we could take advantage of a free first application, and would be charged $109.00 for the second one. At the time I said we had Terminix and was happy with their service. The salesman asked to give them a try. I clarified it was only two applications and he said yes. He said he needed my signature to perform the service. Low and behold after the first application, I was charged $50.00. Thinking it was not buy one get one deal, but rather a half price deal. This is the WORST company out here! They make you sign a contract for a year, and then they show up when and if they want. Their first visit is pretty good, but after that they don't care because they know (think) you still have to pay them. Do Not waste your time with these thieves!
