My service tech Pedro arrived within my scheduled appointment window. He was courteous, prompt and ensured all areas on the outside of my home were treated and serviced properly. He also reminded me to keep my pets inside until all of the treated areas were dry

The service tech that came to perform the quarterly service was Richard Hineman. My family was out of town when he came. However it was recorded on our motion cam that Mr. Hineman and a coworker shoveled my entire driveway without any reason to do so. It was the nicest thing to come home to. Our driveway is kind of obnoxious and coming home to it completely clear was such an incredible feeling. This company always goes above and beyond.

My technician is courteous, efficient and knowledgeable. There is nothing disturbed on our property and he showed and notified us of his work completed. I am completely satisfied with the technician and Aptive service.

Elizabeth came to the door prior to beginning the treatment to let know she had arrived. She introduced herself was very professional and pleasant. Although wearing a mask and standing back away from the door I could tell she was smiling beneath it, even in the cold. She asked if I had any concerns she needed to be aware of before beginning or if I had any questions. Great reflection of your Company and the level of Customer Service. Thank you. Lucy Barfknecht

Devin did an awesome job!! He let us know he was here so we could put the dogs away. He also let us know when he was leaving so we could schedule when the dogs could go back out. Best of all, when I explained some bugs I saw, he assured me he would check and spray in the area. Thanks for his thoroughness.
