Tyler Rogers arrived not long after calling and leaving me a voice message that he was on his way and explaining what he was set to do once he arrived at my residence. Upon arrival, Tyler rang my doorbell, and when I answered, he was standing about 10 feet away looking professional and wearing proper PPE for the job and COVID-19 safety. Our Technician was very friendly & professional! He deserves the $5 bonus for a job well done but when I click on the link provided I get an error message.
The tech did not let us know he was here so we could let him in the backyard. Based on camera documentation he was here less than 5 minutes and applied no product to the house or yard. The only service completed was sweeping the Eve on the northeast corner of the garage and the door entry area. I would like to request someone come back to actually complete the service.
I canceled it that the treatment yesterday. When the technician showed up at the door I told him that I had canceled yesterday and he did not complete the service. I note that you have already charged my credit card. Please remove the charge immediately.
