This gentleman was terrific - he phoned ahead of time to let me know he would be there shortly, he asked and listened to the details of the issue, he was courteous in all his interactions. Great attention to detail in treating the areas to stop the problem from reoccurring. I clicked on the link to try and give him a bonus but it would not work, please advise.

Stephen has been to our house has been so nice. He did a wonderful job today. He was great!! He also did extra work, he cleared up snow around windows and doors. I always tell my friends and family how happy we are with Aptive. I highly recommend!
