Although I wasn't home when the technician performed his job role, he called left a message, left a memo on paper, and sent pictures in showing proof that the property was properly taken care of without anyone being present. Fabian Trenchard-Morales serviced our property today. He did a great job. I appreciated him letting me know he was here and asked if there was anything I needed. He made sure he treated around my detached garage and around my shed. He even checked back in with me after he was finished. Thank you!

Kaleb was wn time, polite, positive, effective, efficient. Knew where to go and got it taken care of quickly. I didn't even know he had gone! I am impressed that the company keeps records of the bait stations and continues to educate the customer on timing and frequency of refilling. Thanks.

Allen Watts provided our Aptive environmental pest control service today and did a wonderful job. He did a great job outside including adding protection around our windows, which I had not seen before - really appreciate that! He protected the exterior walls of our main floor including the bedroom and bathrooms, as well as treating around our kitchen island and cabinets. He also treated the exterior walls of our garage floor & associated doors. He finished up by treating the basement exterior walls around the floor. Allen was most attentive to our needs.
