I would like for this technician to service my home each and every time. He demonstrated excellent customer service. He was very courteous very informational very helpful about the things that I needed inside and around my home.
Very thorough and congenial. I like the fact that every quarter they take care of my needs.
Edgar was the first Aptive technician who actually called me and let me know he would be at my house in about 30 minutes. I appreciated this so much!! All your technicians have been nice and helpful, but this added courtesy from Edgar was much appreciated, so that I knew better when to expect him. Also, he did a very thorough job, and both my son and I noticed that he put much more effort into cleaning our eaves than past technicians have done. I was grateful for that. Aptive billing was awful. Their agreement was for four quarters. How long does four quarters cover? A year, you would think. That's what "quarters" mean. Unfortunately, I got my bill for a 4th quarter after 7 months. They scheduled me for a "quarterly" visit every two months instead of three. So though I thought I was signing up for a year of pest control service, I got half the time at full price. You would *think* this would be easily resolved - the agreement says you can schedule additional visits free of charge if there are any problems. Bruce Pike completed our service for the 3rd time. As always, he was very professional and patient with all of our requests. He performed the service inside and outside and included the attics. We’re always very please to see him at our door step and hope that we get him to do our service again next quarter.

Chris is very friendly and professional. He explained the pest control service he was going to do and also followed the Covid 19 procedures of wearing a mask and keeping his distance.
