Bravo! Saul was very thorough. He took the time to listen to my concerns and explained in detail what he could do and what the service does not do. I now have a better understanding of what the service entails and how to address areas with pets and plants. He recommended in some areas to repair screens with bent frames and that made good sense. also an ant trap in my grandchildren's sand box while they are not visiting, SO SMART! I never felt like he was in a hurry to leave. He is the BEST representative I have met! Thank you Saul!!

The technician did not make it to our house in time and I had to leave, so the service was not completed. They only did the outside of the house... but I was not here, so I am not sure. I would like to get the inside done this week... so please call to schedule.

First of all, the tech is not schedule to come to my house today for quarterly service. It is supposed to be for next month in October. I do not know who set this up but I’m not happy, especially there’s a charge where there’s not supposed to be a charge until next month in October. The tech only use the spray and did not use the sponge wipe for the base around the house. Unlike the other tech where they use both the spray and the sponge wipe.
