Tony was very professional, knowledgeable, and personable. He took the time to explain what he would do and the areas he treated. He asked if there were additional areas of concern and took care of them. He also was very accommodating and patient when dealing with my elderly mother and our pets.

Chris Hooks provided my service today. He was pleasant, professional, and respectful of my home. I did not require an indoor treatment, but he had to come inside to access my deck. It had rained, so he put booties on his shoes to come indoors. When leaving he requested to leave via the garage as his booties and shoes were wet from the rain. He did not want to track water onto my white carpet. I so appreciated his thoughtfulness. He appeared to have done a thorough job. My only requests for Aptive would be an advance time frame scheduled for when to expect the service tech, and the ability to have the statements in PDF form for printing. Aziz was professional and nice. He seemed to be thorough when we walked around as he sprayed in the house. I pointed out three areas I had evidence of mice but he only set two traps and did not place any at the entrance of the attic even though I brought in a ladder and he didn’t brush down the spider webs on the outside of the house. He also said he would leave spray for the wasps and did not.

The tech rang our doorbell to let us know he was here for our quarterly treatment. He treated the areas around the foundation and used long poles to reach webs that were up around the eaves. A job well done!
