We would like to thank Michael Focht for his service(dated as 9/10/2019) as a pest control specialist for our house. His visit is scheduled after a month from the first visit. Michael introduced himself upon his arrival. And right away, he did his work. I like to make note that he thoroughly inspected, cleaned, and sprayed insecticide in crucial areas outside the house and shed. And he set two more mice traps as I asked.

Definitely found many webs and spiders after service. Did not use the web wand tool. Only sprayed foundation. Never asked to come inside to spray. For the money spent each month, this service was sub par.

Cleaning of cobwebs was not thorough the first time. I appreciate that Robert came back to do more cleaning. He also answered a number of my questions. When we purchased the service, we were told that the person doing the treatment would clean around the entry way floor and the garage floor before treating. Robert told me today that you do not typically clean those areas before treating. I would appreciate cleaning thoroughly around the edges of the entry floor and the garage floor before treating in the future, as was promised when we purchased the service. Thank you!
