My wife set up the service but she wasn't home when Cortez arrived. I asked him to de-web our garage and i will open the garage doors for him. He gave me a thumb up that he would de-web it. I wasn't happy when his truck was gone and the de-webbing wasn't done. My wife called but they said they would get back to her tomorrow. Thanks! Tom Garvey

The first service used 4 chemicals and covered 16 pests. The 30 day service only used 1 chemical and covered ants and spiders. When I emailed and asked to redo the full service they came out and did other service but the service report emailed to me said the same thing (1 chemical - ants and spiders). For the quarterly service just done today my service report said the same thing so I have cancelled the service. Either the technicians didn't do what I asked or they cannot properly fill out a report but either way I do not trust Aptive to preform the tasks originally hired to do.
