I'm sure that the technician did a good job, but I was told that there would be a phone call letting me know when the technician would be out to perform the service. I never got that call, which I wanted because I wasn't going to be home until I got the call. I really wanted the inside done as well, because we are noticing cockroaches in the basement. I would like the inside done as well as soon as possible. Thank you.

We have been concerned about this entire process of ridding our home from the wasp invasion. Treatment has been applied three times. The first time a powder was used and we were told another treatment would probably be necessary in 5 days. Wasps were not gone and another treatment was needed. The person who came out for the second treatment saturated the area with a liquid and a powder and after that we saw no evidence of wasps at the outside entry point but more wasps were coming into our bedroom, as many as 25 a day. Our conclusion was that the entry point was plugged up from the liquid that was sprayed onto the powder and now the wasps had no exit except for our bedroom. The third... Read More
