I noticed on the comments you said you got the spider webs but that was not the case. There were two window areas that have the same webs in them that were there since last week. These were large easy to see spider webs. Kind of disappointed in the service as we were told when we signed up this would be covered as well as when I spoke to the technician. Would appreciate a return visit to remove the spider webs in the window areas.

Andrew did a very through job of spraying the patio and walkway. I believe he did an excellent job and also provided a good explanation of what he was going to do to combat the ant problem. This is the second recall I have had for this problem and am confident that Andrew has taken care of the problem. Thank you.

I asked for an email or phone call for when Aptive is coming to do our service. Last time they showed up on the 4th of July (who shows up on a holiday?) to spray without my knowledge. I asked them for a notice of when they are coming and for a second time I did not receive one! I am furious over this. We have dogs and I need to know prior to when they are coming. Not to mention it’s always a surprise when the money is taken right out of our bank account and we are not knowing of this! If you can send constant emails about your company then WHY don’t I receive a notice of when you are coming? Absolutely furious over this!

Very friendly, but I never got a call or text when to expect arrival, the entire house was not cleaned and sprayed as it had been with past visits, and he left without letting me know. If even the last issue of telling me he was leaving wouldn't have happened, I could have ensured the whole house was taken care of. Unfortunately, I will have to schedule another appointment. Again, friendly and did the extra spray on the front door? I just had higher expectations based on past visits

I was not happy with the service. My grass is completely burned up and I have not received a call back from customer service as I was told. The person that signed me up made a lot of promises that they did not follow through on. Very disappointed!
