We have been hearing some noise in the wall at night. Sounds like an animal chewing. My pest control engineer asked me if there were any problems, I told him about this. He found two small holes at the foundation and plugged them temporarily with copper mesh. It was a cold day, and he could just as easily said that he didn't see anything. He did the job when he really didn't have to. He represents your company well.
