The technician did a great job spraying our house for spiders, ants, and knocking down wasp nests, as well as re-bating the rat & mice hotels.

I tried to click on the link in the completed service (first) section to compliment the service technician and I got an error message. I would like the young lady to receive the $5 bonus. She was very polite and efficient. However, only her picture was displayed in that section and I do not have her name. Thank you.

Jerome introduced himself and stated what type service he was here to provide. He then asked if I had any issues to report since the last treatment or if there were any pest concerns before he started. He then treated the exterior after knocking down any and all webs that may be attached to window casements, eaves, front and rear door, as well as stairwell access to basement. As a representative for Aptive, Jerome was through as well as customer service oriented. Well done.
