Very Professional! Great service overall. Able to answer all questions that I had.
Eric sprayed exactly where I asked him to. We've been so pleased with how long we've gone without spiders in the garage!
I have noticed the wasp and spider populations decreasing in the garage area, and by the garden in back yard. Makes it nicer and safer for me and visiting family to enjoy.
Technician was polite, and thorough so by all means, let him have a bonus.
Even followed my request to check around the concrete flower pots for fire ants. Hate those little monsters!
Called your customer service number at 4:25pm on Friday, Sept. 13, which was my date of service. No one there although the recording said you were open until 5:00pm. Guess everyone left early. My complaint was that it did not look like the back of my house foundation had been treated. Ground still looked very dry. Spider webs were still in the window wells, on the downspouts, vinyl siding intersections, chimney, etc. I thought your service removed these. However, the bigger issue is "why were there spider webs in the first place?" I have been removing spider webs every week for weeks although your tech reports always state that spiders were targeted. Technician very friendly. I can tell by watching him that he cares about doing a good job.
Heather did a great job, very thorough and professional. Answered all my questions and reminded me that if we didn't get rain to make the grass got water to activate the crystals.

Isaac was polite, easily recognized as an Aptive employee from his vehicle as well as uniform. He listened to our concerns and addressed them. Both experiences with Aptive have been positive.

Jose did a great job inside and outside the house. He explained about each chemical, their purpose and the safety measures in using the chemical sprays.
David was very diligent and polite, but was unprepared for the Yellow Jacket nest, which is the main reason I contracted your service. I don't think this was his fault; seemed like he was unaware of this issue when he arrived. Also, I was a little disappointed that he did not have personal protective gear for dealing with these types of pests; he was already exhibiting swelling on his face from a wasp sting (from a previous appointment). I would hope that Aptive would provide their employees with the right tools for this kind of job.
