Offered to stay when I arrived home as he was leaving, just to ensure my inside would be done. He also offered to put sticky pads in my garage to collect "extra bugs!" Explained what he did. Friendly and professional.

Still saw lots of webs the next day-got my bill, which I thought would be 45 dollars instead of the 95!!! that I was quoted. Also, when I called about the change of days the lady I spoke to said the bill would be reduced by 20 dollars. So far I am not impressed by this company

So we received our completion report from yesterday's service, and I find it hard to believe that any service was completed. Just took a look around our backyard to find multiple ares (just on one side of the house) with spiderwebs, spiders all in tact. What was actually done?

The technician did not ring the doorbell, he needs to come back and treat the inside and check the traps in the attic. I am not a happy customer. Sheila Carter.
