Laderius was totally awesome! I was able to talk to him for a minute before he got started to express my concerns and he understood and addressed all my concerns. Those pest need to be very scared of Ladarius!

Didn’t get all the spiders and web/ nests knocked down. Said he would lay slug and snail bait down but I don’t see anything or smell anything like I usually do when they leave. We shall see if I see any in the next week.

I am not sure what to write because I did not see what was done. I would love to know that the technician has arrived at my location and will start work. This way I can check what technician has done to rate appropriately. Please ring the bell once the technician is onsite before starting the work on next visit. Thanks.
