Your agent knocked at our door and introduced himself and then went about his job. The pests listed were ants and spiders, I originally had mice included, why aren't they listed?

Emanuel was excellent. I had just driven up to the house right after he had arrived. We had a wonderful very informative chat about the Stink bug issues and what I can do about them when I find them in the house. Very fantastic info on what to do and what not to do. He was great...

Justin was here this morning - Tuesday 1-19 at 9 am. He gave me a call to let me know he was on his way which I so appreciated! Justin was extremely thorough and extremely polite and answered all my questions so I felt very comfortable that I was in great hands!!! By the way - this service was for a recurring flea issue due to a very feral cat who comes to my property He actually broke through the screen and was on my patio for at least one night that I am aware of and he is loaded with fleas - fingers crossed we can get this under control again!!

James Nevels (or Nevils) was our technician. He did a wonderful job. He was very friendly, very polite. He seem to take extra steps to care for our property and did his best to remove all spiderwebs etc. even though there were a lot of things in his way. I certainly hope that you will give him the bonus for our service. I would love for him to be sent back to our property the next time if possible.
