Our technician was Michael Luckett and he was very gracious, pleasant and we hope to see him again. We are concerned that others in the neighborhood and on Nextdoor ap are calling this company and service a scam. The sales guy on a segway was soft spoken, gracious and very professional, however others have had not such a good experience. I recommend you looking into solicitations, how they are done, and do not be offended when you are told no, plus don't go to peoples homes after 8pm.

Ty was an excellent representative and very attentive and thorough. He set rat traps and took out 4 dead rats. Gave good suggestions as well for pest control. Very satisfied with his work today.
