Usually before the technician arrives I receive a call to let me know the time of arrival. The technician visited and did the pest control but I wasn't aware of it. The webs on the exterior have not been removed as well. I wanted to discuss the trouble posts with the technician so he can do the pest control accordingly. But since I was unaware that the technician visited and did the exterior of the house, I couldn't speak to him and get the pest control done accordingly.
