Said gate was locked. Didn’t even look for the remote control located on the gate. Also didn’t look on the other side of the house for the other gate that is wide open.

Joseph, my tech, very nice courteous accommodating guy.....service not so good. Specific problem elucidated was multiple spiders in all parts of the yard. Five hours later a very large spider was spinning a very large concentric web in my face when I took my dog out at 9:20 p.m. I sent a pic and text to your company last night. This morning long web strands are again hanging from many places. I need the yard to be resprayed. Thank you.

The technician that came out (Evan Cassidy) was very professional, treated our home inside and out, and even arrived early for our appointment. He also found and treated a wasp's nest we didn't even know we had. Could not have been happier with his service.
