I'm not sure how Aptive were able to complete since I wasn't able to set or change the date that was adverstised when I switched to active. Also there was no notification/call/text message of the date so we were not home and didn't open garage or backyard where we have a lot of spiders... So far, it's very much different from what was promised.

I would give no stars if I could. What a debacle. Not only did your tech not do what he said he would do but he also marked the job complete, left without letting me know, sent an email saying the job was complete and soliciting a bonus and survey. Further, the office person who was very polite covered and said he was getting supplies and coming back to finish the job.

I put small pebbles on top of the bait stations, the two stations I looked at after he left still had the pebbles on them as I had placed them so at the very least those 2 stations were not filled with fresh bait!! I called before the service about this as we have been seeing a lot of mice/rat activity and asked to make sure ALL BAIT STATIONS were serviced, they were not. this is a quarterly service and I EXPECT fresh bait every time even if there is no activity noticed, mice/rats will not be attracted to 3 month old bait. Also the previous technicians walked the grass areas applying some sort of granular substance, I did not see this being done on this visit. Over all except for the... Read More

You do not do what you sales person said would be done. You say we will do this and save you this on the first treatment but then never do any of what I was sold on. This is called a bait and switch in the car industry.

David was very informative and friendly. He explained the steps involved in the process prior to the treatment. It was a good experience and I have noticed a difference in the ant population thus far but after 2 weeks the spiders continue to be very visible with webs around the house and yard. Is there a certain number to call request an additional treatment? Thank you and I have been recommending your service to friends and family. bill gaul
