Joe said he was at our house to install the bait station. We wish we had gotten a call on the time the day before. We need some baits set up inside our house. They were set up only in the perimeter. Is that possible?

I'm not sure how Aptive were able to complete since I wasn't able to set or change the date that was adverstised when I switched to active. Also there was no notification/call/text message of the date so we were not home and didn't open garage or backyard where we have a lot of spiders... So far, it's very much different from what was promised.

I would give no stars if I could. What a debacle. Not only did your tech not do what he said he would do but he also marked the job complete, left without letting me know, sent an email saying the job was complete and soliciting a bonus and survey. Further, the office person who was very polite covered and said he was getting supplies and coming back to finish the job.
