DaRon was a nice guy, but I am very displeased with the service your company has provided over the last few days. There seems to be some gaps in communication or lack or research before house visits.... 1) we requested tech to text my mother in law when he arrived. I called the day before and gave them this phone number which was noted on the account. We requested this since I would not be home but mother in law would be, with my baby who may or may not be sleeping (we didnt want him to ring door bell). He texted my phone which I didn't get until several hours after the visit and did not text hers. 2) the appointment was supposed to be the day prior, so we planned for someone to be... Read More
Our technician was professional and courteous. I pointed out some possible problem areas which she said she’d address. I forgot to point out what is or was a bumblebee nest which shouldn’t be sprayed as the bees are helpful and they are not in an area where people commonly go. She said she would put that in notes on our account.
the technician Marvens was very professional and clearly explained what he would be doing. Appreciate the pictures of area treated. Please note though the picture with the brush for eaves is not of our home.
I scheduled Aptive for Wed. ug. 21 between 10 and 12 noon because we had doctor appts in the PM and would not be available to allow technician into the house to do a bedroom and bathroom area. Aptive personnel did not come here that day. Truck came about 5PM the next day with Josh as technician. He quite capably treated outside of house and one area of a bedroom and half bath located there. He did a portion of garage under that bedroom and bathroom. THERE ARE STILL MUD BUGS OUTSIDE THE GARAGE DOOR WHICH WERE SUPPOSED TO BE CLEARED ARIGINALLY AND I POKE WITH SOMEONE ABOUT IT AND IT AGAIN WAS NOT TAKING CARE OF.
