Arrived on time and took care of my issue with cobwebs.

We were not notified of the appt. I saw he only handled the front lawn through our nest cam. The location we needed was in our backyard and we were not home to let him in. I am unhappy with the service and this was the 2nd repeat request.

Julian did an excellent job. He didn't have more traps left for crazy ants. We haven't seen seen those ants inside the house since we put the traps the previous technician gave us. Hope the next technician will bring the traps when he comes to service the house. Thank you!

I was told that the “dirt daubers” nests would be removed as part of the service. I showed them (front and back) to the sales agent who stopped by (Ryan I think). I had to go out of town, but now that I’m back they are still here. I would like to cancel my service and receive a full refund.
