Darrell Jones was very professional and did a great job on the inside of our house today! He was prompt in his arrival and addressed an ant issue we have been having in my daughter's room. He was also very knowledgeable and answered all the questions I had. Due to rain he was unable to spray the outside, but tools me to call back to schedule a time to have this done. He also did a great job knocking down the cobwebs outside. Thanks for a job well done, Darrell!

Steve was very courteous and explained what services he was going to perform. Work was done quickly and he was on his way. Left a note at door explaining what was done. That is great for keeping a record.

I am comparing my first service by Aptive with the regular service I received from Terminix in years past. The Aptive service technician did not put on any foot protections when entering my house for inside treatment. The technician did not know down spider webs around the house. The service call took 20 minutes. I hope to work with the technician in the future to slightly improve my overall experience with the Aptive service.

Good Morning I found my technician to be knowledgable, courteous and helpful. He was upfront about possible additional cost due to roaches being evident within the community.
