Jasmine was the reservice technician who was sent to the house on 1.7.21, because the previous technician who was sent on 12.29.20, did not do the interior of the house. He just did the exterior and left! Jasmine was sent on 1.7.21 and she renewed my trust in the company. She was very thorough and focused on the areas we asked (garage, baseboards, and sugar ants in the kitchen). You guys need more employees like Jasmine!

Had another quarterly service by Miles Duffey today. I am so thankful to have Miles as our Service Professional. He is always happy to answer all questions and concerns we have about the service and pet protection. I do not know if all Service Pros are as attentive as Miles Duffey, but I am glad we have him and I know the bugs and creatures that would try to invade are home are no where to he found.

Excellent service. Luis and Yaleimo, review what I requested (too many spiders), they gave me advice and the way to solve it. They add a chemical product, during the services they identify other issue "rodents". They proposed to add some boxes for it and I accepted. Thank you very much for their services. Congratulation for your positive attitude, knowledge of your work, advice and service
