My technician, Dindial Mahabir was absolutely fantastic! I just completed the survey regarding my experience with Aptive and all the positive feedback I provided was because of him. If the company is half as good as D, I'll be a happy customer for a long, long time. He was friendly, thorough, conscientious, and listened carefully to all my problems. He takes a lot of pride in delivering top quality service and you can tell he really enjoys helping the customer. Please assign D as my permanent technician...he is awesome!

I have been using aptive for a little while and I have to say I am always impressed. They are always professional and I don't have to worry about them doing the job their there to do . Today though Adam went above and beyond. I was in a meeting when he called to verify the address, when I couldn't answer he went on with his day and then took the time to try me again at the end of his day. He came back and serviced the office. Thank you Adam Schoonover for being awesome!
