When Bobby MCCamey came to our house today, he was very pleasant and had a great smile. He asked if there was any particular areas I wanted serviced and I explained where and why. We babysit our grandchildren 2-1 year olds and they are very mobile in the backyard. They are constantly pulling on the grass and finding this to pick up. We keep the property clean but we can't control the insects especially spiders . So my concern is for their safety. Bobby sprayed all the areas I requested and also sprayed areas he felt should be done. After he was finished he came to the front door and listed off all the areas we spoke of. The tech who serviced my home today was extremely courteous, was very professional in applying the insecticide to rid my home of ants. He was very knowledgeable in advising what I could do to rid the interior home of carpenter ants that seemed to have invaded my home today. He was most thorough. I was very very pleased with his performance thank u i am unable to share my comments since I do not go on face book or any other social media

I see that it says treated for spiders but I was under the impression that would be just one of multiple things treated. I don’t really see a decrease in spider webs on the exterior and my front lawn is full of some jumping insect. When I reluctantly agreed, after declining this service 5 times, it was because I was under the impression the service would eliminate or drastically reduce these insects.

Initial treatment. Technician, Spencer, reviewed the service agreement, inspected the property, and made sure that he answered all questions about the service, about the company, and about any pest control issues I had. He arranged to have a follow up service for a ground wasp nest which needed a special bee suit for protection. He was very accommodating, informative and efficient.
