Continued uncontrolled fleas in the backyard. Requested extra attention paid to the problem area (less than 300 sq feet), yet the technician spent less than 2 minutes in the backyard. Prior treatments have also been hasty.

The technician was friendly and knowledgeable . I was given a window of 3 hours but he called me when he was 10 minutes away , which was nice. I was going to cancel my service but, based on our interaction, I will keep the service.

Bob did an excellent job. He sprayed pesticide to control wasps in the bedroom and ants in the kitchen.
