Continued uncontrolled fleas in the backyard. Requested extra attention paid to the problem area (less than 300 sq feet), yet the technician spent less than 2 minutes in the backyard. Prior treatments have also been hasty.

The technician was friendly and knowledgeable . I was given a window of 3 hours but he called me when he was 10 minutes away , which was nice. I was going to cancel my service but, based on our interaction, I will keep the service.

I responded to an email about an upcoming service 12 hour ahead. I responded to have this service postponed. That went totally ignored. This crap happens when everything becomes automated by some crap app.

Cameron H. in Austin was AWESOME!! I watched him use his brush to knock down webs around the outside of the house, something that my previous service said they did and never did!! I was really impressed. He was quick and thorough and I appreciate having y'all service my home!!!
