As this was my first treatment, John took the time to explain the procedures followed, along with a review of the treatments he was going to perform, preceded by a walk through of the property prior to the treatments. He was helpful and kept me informed every step of the way. We shall see with time how effective the treatments will be .

Very professional, thorough, knowledgeable, and environmentally sensitive. The service rep made sure I knew to keep my dog off the lawn for at least 2 hours.

Our service guy today was polite, effencient and nice. He came within the window alloyed, and was very professional looking. I like that they wear the slip on shoe booties when they walk on the carpet. Great job!!!
