I am not saying that no one showed up to my house, but my daughters were home and they do not recall anyone knocking or ringing nor did they see anyone walking around the house. I also asked my neighbor who also has aptive and he was also not aware. Further, I was in my backyard last night (8/11) and noticed quite a few large spiders and spider webs under my deck; do spiders and their webs return so quickly after a treatment? Also, my wife just purchased a tick treatment for the yard from Amazon because she does not have confidence that the treatments are being done and/or sufficient.

He was on time and did a thorough job. He was also patient in allowing us to move our animals and treated the areas where there would be no harm to them.
Our technician was very friendly. I thought he was supposed to to the whole yard but he informed me they only do 30 feet from the house. What would it take to get the whole yard treated?
I was home during the service call today but no one talked to me - I think someone might have knocked but no one rang our doorbell, to the right of the door, so I did not have inside service done. I went out to talk to someone when I saw their truck in our driveway, but saw no one near the door, and when I looked out to check a second time, they had finished and left without trying to talk to me again. Not happy with this.
He took care of taking down all the spider webs, sprayed down the house inside and out, and took down a wasp nest for us. He was very courteous and polite as well! Thank you.
I was home and I was not aware that he was here. I have dogs that have access to the back yard, who did not bark, which leads me to believe that there was no technician here. I did see that the spider webs were disrupted, but still on the eves and light fixtures. There are now ghost ants in my house. I understand that I did not have to be home, but I thought that if he was going to come while I was home, he would have the decency and respect to knock on the door to introduce himself and allow me to lock the dogs in. I don't smell chemical. I don't know about how much it effective yet but so far I don't see ants inside that I was seeing before they spray.
