Miguel was knowledgeable and talked us through what he was servicing with us today. He was able to also identify some bugs that we had outside the house and help to remediate that issue as well. He was courteous and worked accurately and quickly. We usually do not wear shoes in the house and he was courteous enough to put on shoe covers while spraying inside the home.

I apologize for not responding sooner, but we had company this weekend. Unfortunately, we were not home at the time of our treatment, but I think that may have helped, so we could have asked questions at the time. We were told that the spider webs would be removed around all of the exterior of our home. It was far from thorough. Because this is the one thing we can actually see of our treatment, we're disappointed. Hopefully, this will be better in the future.

Hurbert Martinez did not come out to 810 Cliffside dr Harker Heights Texas 76548 He falsely stated he was here. He did not spray he did nothing. I have a bill for 129 for someone never coming out.
Alexander was courteous and informed me of the treatment plan.
Today I noticed hundreds of small black ants on the march. Some were carrying eggs so I assume they were vacating the backyard after treatment. Unfortunately they were climbing up the outside wall by our kitchen. I sprayed them with Ortho Home Defender and will continue to observe but I fear a many have already taken up residence under the cedar siding.
Next steps?
I would like him to service my house in the up coming services.

Aug 7 had pest control treatment done to our home. Linda Powell was the person performing out treatment. Found her to be very professional, would take the time to explain what she was doing. Also would be kind enough to answer all my question. Linda took her time to treat our home inside and out . I feel Linda did a great job now will just watch.
I have been using Aptive for over a year now and I can honestly say they have made a huge difference in my yard and around my home by eliminating ants and wasps especially. But honestly, I think they have kept numerous pests away compared to what we dealt with before Aptive started treating our house. The guys who come do what they must. They are polite and efficient. I would definitely recommend them.
Joe was the best! So knowledgeable gave amazing recommendations and really showed he's an expert in his field. I will be requesting Joe every time!!!
