He left me the be stuff to kill the hornets because he had no be protection with him and I thought it would be best to get them at night. I did not want to wait any longer because of the two neighbor girls would come through there. So I waited until night and got my self dressed all in black and covered my hole body in thick clothing. Waited until every bee was inside then got a garbage can and put a black garbage bag in it and added a gallon of bug killer that I had in shed. Derrick has poor communication skills, and did not do a complete service yesterday. I specifically asked him to look for wasp nests and remove them. He told me there were none. I went out later and found one. I would like someone to come back and remove it. Also, nobody called to let me know when he was going to arrive.
My technician knows exactly what to do here. He’s efficient and doesn’t mind my Schnauzers barking. Polite fella. What I like is he’s the same one that comes here every time. Good job. Whatever he’s using is working! Thanks from Thompsons Station.
Atom was very nice. He seemed knowledgeable and that was encouraging. I am just concerned that I mentioned spiders and centipedes as my concern and the treatment given said that fleas/tick, ants and crickets were addressed and these are none of the insects I see?
