The only thing was my wife was concerned that one side of house was not sprayed. I thought it was but she didn’t think so. Brett was super professional. Answered all questions patiently and gentlemanly. Thanks!

We still have numerous spider webs around our property. A little disappointing. Also, the technician attempted to open the security screen door prior to ringing the doorbell. I’m sure he has no ill intention and was just trying to knock but the security screen is there for a reason. It scared the crap out of grandma.
I wish Bryan had been my first technician. If I had reviewed my first technician I would have rated you with 3 stars. But Bryan has brought me back! He listens to what I need and he does it instead of listing off excuses as to why he can't. He gets stuff done and makes sure I am happy with the work he did. Very professional and does his job well.
Gus was awesome. He explained what he was going to do before starting the treatment. He followed up afterwards and explained what he had found. He mentioned to wait two to three weeks for the treatment to take effect and if there were any reoccurring problems to call and he would return to retreat the area.
I was very pleased with the service I received today. The technician was courteous and competent. He explained many things to me. He went about his business in a professional manner. His name was Jaret and I was very impressed with his work.
He was very professional and helpful the whole way. By far the most pleasant experience we've had with this company and otherwise. I would like to thank him again for being so thorough and detailed. He even helped us pull out the stove and treated behind it after I told him we had a problem behind there! Truly wonderful guy, I would recommend him for anybody any day without a doubt!

The tech was supposed to come inside. I was waiting at home for a phone call. There was miscommunication. Then dispatch got ahold of me and said she would call him and he would call me back. He never did. He was supposed to spray inside because the ants have been so severe. I am NOT HAPPY.
