The tech was supposed to come inside. I was waiting at home for a phone call. There was miscommunication. Then dispatch got ahold of me and said she would call him and he would call me back. He never did. He was supposed to spray inside because the ants have been so severe. I am NOT HAPPY.

I was like a shadow and followed Jacob, he did a great job taking care of the spider nests that wasn't done from original introductory visit that was part of the sales pitch. After speaking to Aptive representatives who called my home I had told them to ensure the service person took care of the increased Spider population. After talking with Jacob "the office" never communicated my concerns. Not too impressed with Aptive and their techniques or lack of communication. But... I give Jacob a big Thumbs Up for the service he provided. The next visit being around November 6, 2019 will bring questions I expect to have answered. Tammy came on time and made me feel very comfortable with the chemicals she was using. I really enjoyed talking with her because she was very knowledgeable and I hope she returns to do the follow up work I wish I had an employee like her.

Technician overlooked 5-6 dirt dinner nests which should have been knocked down. Or at least other technicians have done so in the past.

It appears that your technician doesn't like his job because he did not do what we ask. This was a redo to spray for spiders and roaches. We asked for him to spray the patio and garage (because that is where the problems were and why he was coming back) he did neither....he said it wasn't necessary. It didn't spray the up stairs. I ask him to spray some of my plants and he said he would, but left without doing so. The service was a redo, but he didn't redo it. The things the salesman told us and sold us on was your services, which have not come true. You haven't preformed the things we were told we would get, so therefore, we cancelled our contract with you! You should review what... Read More

The only problem I had is he showed up earlier then scheduled and I was not home to keep my little 14 lb. dog in the house. I was told arrival would be between 5:20-7:20 He arrived at 4:50 and was already gone when I arrive home at 5:25. Next time, please make sure someone is home to lock the dog in the house. He has a doggie door he goes in and out of. Thank you, Cheryl Ables

I am used to seeing a more thorough service from the Aptive team. I didn't see the technician remove cobwebs from my outdoor area and he didn't offer to do any work inside. The work he did outside was very quick.
