I cannot even give a one star review as I was guaranteed my technician would come to my home on the day of service between 5-7 pm. He arrived at my home at 3:20 pm, while I was not at home. I can't confirm that he provided services to my property or not, nor treated specific areas I had requested in my call the day previously. Again I will state that I am outraged by the lack of satisfaction with this "professional" service. Evidenced by requesting re-services for pests, "seasonal" pests not being treated, having to prove that infact there are pests on my property by providing reqired photos for reservice, long hold times when calling in, and now service technicians that cannot keep... Not sure why Cody didn't`t come to the door after he was done with the service, but I really would have appreciated that he took the time to do that like the other Active service technicians did. I wanted to know if he sprayed for the wasps I told him about and whether he saw any nests and if he found the other rat box under my avocado tree. Also, he sprayed my front porch so heavily with the hose it left a big puddle !

DaRan did a thorough job on and around my home yesterday morning. He introduced himself at the front door before beginning. Even asking if there was anything specific I wanted him to know, regarding pests/insects. DaRan did exactly as I asked, paid attention to detail, and he was here by himself, whereas last month it was 2 gentleman who, it looked like to me, had missed a few spots. As always the Aptive Tech Jamal listened, answered, and performed the service superbly! Due to the rainy past months service could not be completed. I called Aptive before unexpectedly having to travel. Once I arrived home I advised my spouse that I will call Aptive to come for service! Surprisingly Aptive arrived to my home! I am so impressed with Aptive going ahead and taking the initiative to get my quarterly service completed! Thank you Jamal for excellent service and listening to my concerns!
