Technician did not seem knowledgeable in his role. Was polite, except when cars were pulling into drive way he did not seem to be aware that we was blocking more then one spot in driveway. He could use more training in both knowledge of position/product and customer service

Our front door is covered with webs - inside and out and I specifically asked him to take care of that and he said he would. He did not do it and my wife was NOT happy when she got home.

To start off with there was no prewarning that anyone would be on our property so when my wife saw something flashing across our upstairs window, she was startled. The brush crossing the upstairs window was the first indication that anyone was there as the technician parked in front of a neighbor's house, not ours. She took pictures and sent them to me to ask if I was aware of anyone coming to our house. I told her that I was not. The technician quickly went through treating the house building but no more as indicated on the work completed report. This brings me to the next point which coverage.
